Christopher Benevento is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, including Personal Injury, Contract Disputes, Labor and Employment, Landlord-Tenant Disputes and Estate Litigation. In addition, Mr. Benevento also is an effective Criminal Defense Attorney and has handled countless matters in the Criminal Courts and Municipal Courts including DUI’s, Drug Offenses, Assaults, Theft, Bad Checks, and many other offenses.
Christopher Benevento started his legal career with the in-house counsel department with Danone USA, Inc. in White Plains, NY. After that he went to work for the prestigious trial attorney Brian F. Curley, Esq. LLM, and had the exciting opportunity of second chairing the three month long trial of Perry v. Hudson County. After that experience, 2011, Mr. Benevento opened his own practice focusing on representing those charged with serious crimes and civil litigation. Mr. Benevento has been awarded the distinction of “Super Lawyers, Rising Stars” for 2018 and 2019
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Benevento was a U.S. Marine and brings the core values of the Marine Corps of honor, courage, and commitment to the practice of law and in the representation of his clients every day.
